Are There Actually Places That Will Give You Free Medical Services Such As Ob-gyn Services If You Can’t Afford?

it and you don’t have health insurance of any kind? I did have health insurance 2 months ago, I had it for about 6 months but my husband lost his job about 2 months ago and we couldn’t afford to keep paying it so I’m now without insurance. Just recently I’ve had some odd symptoms and it’s been years since I had a pap or any kind of exam down there so I know I need to go, but there’s no way I can afford it right now. I was just wondering if there’s any types of free clinics out there for women’s services? I live in Amarillo, TX. I did a search but didn’t find anything about free clinics or free medical services. Anyone know what I need to search to get the results I need?
